2025 San Antonio Rodeo Bar-B-Que Cook-off & Festival

The Lone Star Cookers raised the bar one more time at the  2025 San Antonio Rodeo BBQ Cook-off & Festival! Not only did we come in 8th place overall, amongst 320 of the best BBQ Teams in the nation, but we presented 7 scholarship checks to local Texas students, and donated $7,000 to the SALE Scholarship Fund.

Kevin Fowler did what he did best, and he blew the tent off our spot with his famous Texas Country Hits. The Tiffiny Dawn Band was amazing and we look forward to having them on our stage again. Our favorite entertainer, Garret Talamantes, just keeps getting better and always rocks the house! Felix and Fingers pianos were a lot of fun on Friday night. Gabe Garcia started it all on Thursday night. Last, but certainly not least, big thanks to Bill Taylor from KENS 5 for servicing as our MC! Great entertainment this year!
